    Axe Barb

I'm totally new to barbarians but I was wondering if there were any builds that use an end game weapon as a non-runeword axe, if there are could sombody tell me the name of the build and maybe a link as well. Thanks in advance

Any of the builds can survive without a high-end runeword axe. THe standard whirlwind build is the most popular; just use something lke Death Cleaver instead of BotD/Grief/etc. It's not too expensive, and very powerful, especailly if you get an ethereal version.

Goldfind barb using two 5 socket runemasters all sockets lemmed is one you could try for variation and fun. This build is mainly based around a strong merc with the barb using warcry to stun monsters while merc kills.Barbs stands back and horks corpses with item find skill for gold and magic items.

a runemaster 5 socks socketed with ias;/dmg jewels can work or the death cleaver or an Oath ba axe which is a nice cheap runeword (depending on if ur ladder or not). or Kingslayer for frenzy.
