    Aurawolf

    Hey guys!

Long time lurker, first time poster

I got the idea yesterday to make an aurawolf. I dont know why, I just thought it would be a fun and interesting build to make. I though I could come here and ask for you opinions/comment on it. here is the setup im planning on using

    helm-dream
    sheild-dragon
    arm-bramble
    wep-doom
    belt-dungo
    boots-treks
gloves-havnt decided yet probably somthing with ias if i need
    rings-bk/raven
    ammy-highlords

switch - cta/sigon ( I find it ridiculous to waste a spirit on a switch that you barley use )

I was unsure whether to use beast or doom but I found that doom would do better, unless you guys disagree with some good arguments, let me know!

my main skill would be fury with maxed werewolf, lyco, and the spirit that gives life( forgot the spell name)

Any constructive critisism is welcomed:) Thanks in advance

    Re: Aurawolf

    Hello, welcome to the forums~!

Why not max rabies and it's synergy if you are going to use bramble?
If not, then why not use hoj armor instead? The thorns dmg won't do that much to your enemies pvp,
but if you use rabies then the damage added to rabies from bramble is immense. What shield will the dragon be in?

Also, I just wanted to point out that the damage given by the auras really won't do much of anything pvp.
If you had conviction, or in the case of sorceresses, light/fire mastery, it would do more, but even then not that much.

If you do pursue this idea I'd have to agree with the doom (if you feel the weapon has to have an aura), as beast does nothing for a wolf. (The ias doesnt help and it's horribly slowwwww).

Otherwise I'd go tomby (if possible eth) for vs casters/hammerdins, and
ebotdz OR grief with Ss for melee duels. (grief has higher dmg, edotdz has less dmg more range), both swing at the same speed iirc.

The gloves won't need ias as the only ias used is from the weapon itself. If you DO decide to go rabies then you'd definately want trang gloves (huge bonus to psn dmg and nice cold resistance are extremely helpful).

To be honest he will probably be lacking and die alot with the gear selection you've listed, but if you are determined to make it work then good luck!

Well, I'll let other people comment and see what you think.

i am not druid expert but the aura damages will suck big time, they need synergies to be effective.

True, check out the guides stickied in the sorc forum if interested, or check the guides stickied at the top of the druid forums page.
There are plenty of great guides,

Dream and Dragon ONLY work on Pallies and Sorcs who can maximize the damage. On everyone else they're horrible.

    Indeed, silly me >.>.

HoJ is right up there with Dream and Dragon.

EDIT- Doom is the only exception since you're using it to slow and not to damage.
