attack for PvM barb?

im going to start a PvM barb, mostly for mfing. what attack should i use? ww, conc, berserk, frenzy?

i havnt played in a few years and im wondering what attacks are better now.

also, what cries should i use?

any other things i should know/do?

skill point dist? obviously str, any need for vit, mana, or dex?
