Now that you mention it, there have been a few good *** singers; Freddie Mercury, Elton John, George Michael to just name a few. Although I seriously doubt that homosexuality is related to singing abilities

I was just kidding about Bob Dylan. I suppose he goes to negatively prove it - he's heterosexual and his singing sucks. (Also his song-writing mostly sucks, but an example of "It Ain't Me" covered by the Turtles shows that his songs CAN be done without sucking, as long as they aren't done by him.)

For hints on how a non-rhyming storytelling song should sound, listen to Paul Simon's America. I never even noticed it didn't rhyme until someone else mentioned it.
