Archon plate dr?

Does anyone know how the hidden dr on archon plate works?

Is it %dr (in which case does it count towards the 50% dr cap) or is it idr?
In any case does anyone know how much it is?

I don't think there is any inherent PDR or DR% on white armors alone.

there is no 'hidden dr' on any armors. i think blizzard considered having that feature early on in development. that would have been years ago though.

It appears as a variable on armors while using a sp editor, archon has a rating of 1, sacred 4, some other heavy armors have 1-3.

No there isn't.

Someone just did a test for me on sp, apparently the dr modifier has no effect, although it appears on sp editor. Sorry for the confusion.

If on the offhand chance anyone has test results showing otherwise, I would be interested in seeing them.
