Anyone know where I can find a fhr table for amazons?

I'm trying to finalize my equipment choices for my future spearazon and don't know any of the breakpoints. (bowazon rarely, if ever, need fhr)

Also, if anyone can point me to a jab/Charged Strike IAS table, that'd be great. Thanks.
