I actually play East HCCL, unlike that poser above me. Unfortunately, though, my highest characters are a 27 Maul Barb (still using General's Flail), a 27 CE/Summon Necro, and a 25 Hammerdin. I've somehow scrounged together over 100%mf on the Barb, so I'm using him to farm Normal Meph before I venture any of my chars into Nightmare.
