Any way to cap FPS in Diablo?

So I couldn't find anything in the sticky about this. It seems my Diablo 2 runs at a FPS of about 400 for some reason with the window selected, and it's completely unnecessary and needlessly increasing the temperature of my graphics card. Is there any way to cap the FPS to something more normal?

Ummm, your graphics card overheats by running d2?
    LOL

Use d2glide, I think it can limit the fps.

It starts getting close when you leave Mass Effect 2 open. It's also weird and slightly disturbing seeing 490 fps. I'll try out the d2glide suggestion, thanks.

What, you dont use a high-speed camera to slow your D2 videos down to bullet-going-through-an-apple speed? :D

If you have it set to DirectDraw, shouldn't all the rendering be done in software anyway?

And yes glide wrapper probably solves the problem, like usual for graphics issues
