Any viable builds for PvM using only dropped gear?

So I was thinking of starting a new barbarian from scratch on normal with no items, and will only use what get's dropped in the single player. What would be a viable barbarian build for this scenario if any?

Conc and Zerk barbs work pretty darn well from what ive seen others using them. CrawlingDeadMan swears by zerk barbs for nit/dkey runs. Look up in the sticky for the guides on conc and zerk pvm builds, theyre pretty good to get a general idea of what your going to need/look for.

I started an untwinked conc barb not long ago and have cruised through normal. Resists are easy but I'm having trouble finding a weapon with good damage.
