Any use of this rare coronet in hc?

Found realy cool coronet from meph, stats like

+2 sorc levels
+20 faster cast rate

fire rez 19
cold rez 19
poison rez 19
lighting rez 49 (!!)

Well Imo this is kinda strange cap, because no life and mana, and buddies say its not viable at hell. (shako is better the only thing they say)

I think that circlet is very nice but most for pvp when a sorc really needs 20 fcr to reach next breakpoint!

Thiswould be usable in PvP or when you can spare the extra life and mana taht Shako gives,or you need to fill up a slot with something different, that otherwise would contain FCR gear.
Also depends alot on the lvl requirement for that circlet.

That circlet is very nice! i would use it my sorc over shako, shako is soooo boring, every1 uses it. It nice to use something different :lol:
And it is very viable in hell, extra resist are allways needed.

I want it if you're on USEast Hardcore. It should be level 67 by the way, the +2 sorc skills being the highest level mod.
