I had actually thought about loading the game back up and checking it out when I heard that ladder was actually resetting for real, but I didn't do it. I haven't played a computer game of any sort since about February.

I decided to come back.. been palying solo mostly.. getting help from lord penguin and a few other banana's. managed to die this morning in bloody foothills.. didnt see the residule fire catapult on the ground - walked over top of it and died Lol. My own stupidity I guess.

I'm playing now if anyone wants to get started on a new char or something US East HCL *RabidLectral69

If you have your own keys, I can likely host the necessary files for D2 via FTP if you need. I never use my discs anyway; I can't stand the spinning and my laptop overheats like a mofo.

Not really theres ways around that too. If you dl the game in iso form you could just copy a few of the mpqs from the iso into your diablo 2 install folder and run it with loader like most ppl do. Ive had to get around the disk for years cus my old cd rom drive wouldnt accept the diablo2 play disk during play. Now it works but its much faster without the disk so i still do it that way.

Or if you download it in iso form you could just burn the disk and use it in your drive as a play disk.. or you can use the pure iso in a software disk... like with nero image drive.
