any iceblink user with tesladin ?

normal monster level = area level (85 max)
so a lvl 80 paly will have a 50% chance to freeze on striking.
it should be a good crowd control.

you expect to 1-hit kill monsters in big hell games with a tesladin ...?
i won't be able to have more than a lvl 25 holy shock

A holy freeze merc would provide better crowd control. It would be better to equip GA or something else that will provide skills and/or resists.

lol serious reply? your the one asking for help kid. Yes a telsadin with decent gear (crescent moon phase, shako and hoz would is all it would take) can drop just about any monsters arent arent LI in one hit. Level 25 holy shock isnt going to do it by itself, you need to max its synergies too you know.

Greaseball:

Now being realistic, keep in mind that holy shock's minimum damage is going to be around uhh.... eight tops? In an eight player game you may be able to drop a monster in one hit if you get damn lucky and get the full 5000 lightning damage. But you have the same chance of scoring that one point of lightning damage and being suck with 300 some physical damage.

The "kid" comment comes off as very condescending and is not needed here. Try pulling the stick outta your *** before you post. Just a little friendly advice. :)

As for freezing, Nord's Tenderizer could do you some good. It has plus 2-4 freezing which would give you a much better chance to freeze.

For lower levels a sureshrill frost would be wonderful. Level nine frozen orb can pack a punch even into nightmare and in hell the extra chill couldn't hurt.

Frostwind is a wonderful sword. It's already quick with 25 ias on it, so a 4 fpa zeal shouldn't be unattainable, though you may have to compromise some gear.

Fleshripper has slow target by 20% and is stacked with other useful mods including -50% monster defense. It's also a base -20 weapon.

Most of those are pretty cheap pricewise and all provide nice freezing with decent speed.

i laugh at how quickly you people get offended. Obviously you are immature kids if the "kid" comment gets to you so much lol.

ITD is the most important for a telsadin, i recommend you use zakurum's hand. It has itd, 30ias, mana leeche (8%) and 10% chance to cast lvl 7 blizzard. If you are rich, you can upgrade it to a mighty sceptor for bigger mana leeche.

thank you night shade
but i'm not that rich (i don't know alot for rich players using iceblink, even for fun ...)
i prefer pumping zeal for both phys dmg and AR (itd doesn't work on uniques and bosses) + AR charms even with CM zerker axe.
but that's just me ...

GsL >> what are you talking about ?
BTW, i apologize for my comment ("serious reply") if you ever care.

I think iceblink would work because you are using zeal and almost everyother hit of the massive monsters you will be attacking would be frozen. At the same time, unless you upgrade it, the lack of defense will hurt.
