Im not sure but i dont think Shifters get IAS from anything besides the weapon. So IAS jewels is useless.

Someone can confirm this?

WIAS is the main determining factor in FPA. However, for WB OIAS is also counted, unlike WW. So he/she is fine in that respect.

I would suggest that you invest at least one point into Hunger. With the insane amount of damage you'll be doing one or two hits with completely fill your bulb should the need arise.

Are you using FC for the AR bonus it gives?

I'd drop the BK for another Raven or a rare Dual Leech ring. The +life it gives isn't affected by Lycan and the +skill isn't all that necessary.

Are you going to use the Fleshrender to Prebuff? Assuming so, a Spirit Shield would better supplement it for a total of +5 SS skills.

I would still try to get SW to at least slvl 10. You never know when you'll need to retreat.

I'd slap an Obedience on your merc. Nice, cheap RW that'll help him level bosses or drop anyone you're not smacking around to a sliver of life in seconds.

All I got for now, I'll let others offer further insight.

My bad, so only WW's rely on the IAS of the weapon. Not really fair..:(

But yeah ditch the BK5 and i would equip a fine dual leech ring instead. There are very good ones out there..

Considering this would be for PVM?, i would get a Holy Freeze merc. (i assume that u are going to use a Defiance merc?).

Hunger rules! My fault.
FC do give AR, but only secondly.
I just don't know where to use BK, so put it on. :embarassed:
Fleshrender to prebuff, yes. Spirit better.
SW to 10? What use of it?
Obedience, Fortitude, Delirium.

Yeah. BK is kinda pointless on most chars >.>.

SW is for situations where you'd otherwise get ripped apart. SW a pack of Obliv. Knights. Get some room to work with against Frenzytaurs, etc.

WW attack speed can be boosted by OIAS too, but only with slow weapons with little or no IAS what-so-ever. The effect of OIAS on WW is less noticeable than the WB's because the WW skill already gives attack speed.

I've just put 1 skillpoint in Hunger. It doesn't work with unleechables, has low AR. No real use of Hunger.

Hungers an all or nothing thing imo, without being lv 15+ the leech isn't all that amazing and since your base dexterity is poor your ar will be horrible... not really worth it at all : /

btw, I like what you did with this build. I'm a big hybrid Werebear/Fireclaw fan, its cool to see someone taking advantage of both physical and fire damage like that. Did you check the dragoon for your Wias speed? What's the Oias bp for 70wias...?

It might be nice, in the future to get a few basic Shape GC's, maybe torch, to go with the build. It'll really help balance it out, it'll make a lot of your one point wonders like oak, summons, shockwave, etc more effective 1 point wonders ^.^ but yeah, first things first I guess

My hunger is poor.
70WIAS is 8FPA before 50OIAS, 7FPA after. Dragoon says.
Torch will do. GC take too much space, not that useful.

sure about that?

think about it. Your bulk damage relies on passive physical damage from "werebear" and elemental damage from "fireclaw". Any extra skill points will boost life, passive damage, fireclaw damage, and AR all at once. That's far better than JUST ar charms, or just life, or just resists etc. Your resists should be good with all the equip too, I don't see having 3-5 shapers getting in the way of anything.
