There was a small protest near my work for this incident.
I couldn't make out what's going on in the video but if I was surrounded by 3 cops, I would get on my knees and lie face down. Common sense.
Otherwise crap like this happens. This guys was a trouble maker anyway. Now his little girl will have a college fund.
