    Annihilus stat question

I had a question about the '+x% to experience gained' mod on the annihilus charm. How/when is it applied?

i have one, im not too sure but this is how i think it works feel free to correct me if im wrong. most annis have +6% to xp gained. so if u get normally 100 xp, then with anni then u get 106 xp.

thats how i think it works,

    More specific anni question

Perhaps I should be more specific...

While I know that the anni gives 6%, and normally it's as easy as 106 off of a 100xp monster, What I'm asking is, how it is applied, especially in regards to the character level penalties beginning at lvl 70. At level 70 you lose about 5% exp off of what you would normally receive, but at lvl 98 you lose about 99.4%.

It doesn't matter if the anni bonus is applied before or after the clvl penalty. With a 10k enemy, 10% anni, and lvl 98 char for example:

    applied before: (1.10[annibonus] * 10k) * .006[clvl penalty] = 60
    applied after: (10k * .006) *1.10 = 60

However, if the anni charm REDUCES the clvl penalty, then the difference would be significant:

    10k * .106[clvl penalty reduced by 10%] = 1060

which is still depressing considering that you won't make more than 7% off of A5 Hell monsters before the penalty and that you need billions/trillions for lvl 99...

In addition, is there an actual increase in the leveling rate with a 6%+ Anni?
