Well, that's a pretty major nutshell, considering he has an estimated 650,000 points of life and is 95% resistant to everything....skip the nuts, read through the thread I linked...the annihilus is a reward for taking the time and wealth to build a D-Clone killer character AND for having the patience to set up a game properly when you luck onto a running SoJ counter...



DC has the following resistances:
-95% to cold
-95% to fire
-95% to poison
-95% to lightning
-50% to magic
-50% to physical.
-About 650,000 life
-Monster level of 110
-Very high attack rating and defense
-Does high amounts of physical, lightning and fire damage
