Anni Bug (looking naked) vs Enough Strength?

I am not sure how this bug works, but apparently minimal in strength combine with anni and torch bonus (both or just one?) will make you look naked?

of course, I want to display my amazon as fully armored, all shiny and awesome looking, so I am desperately trying to avoid that. Afterall, looking like she's got nothing on and fire guided arrow like she is Goku in dragonball isn't what I am after

should i go ahead and put 103 strength? or plan out how much stat i would need after acquiring stat bonus from anni and torch? opinion?

(i figure it's a difference of ~20 pts in dex, which is roughly... 5% dmg wise?)

The display bug happens when your charms provide the strength (or dex) needed to equip things. So as long as you can remove all your charms and keep everything equipped, you aren't bugged.

yeah he's right
you will always see your char with full gear on.

it's just that other people in game with you won't see the 'bugged' items athat were equipped with stats form anni/torch, etc (w/o investing hard str points)

actually. i just want to see a shiny amazon. so if others see a female Goku going energy ball on everyone, that's fine with me (as long as I don't see it)

In that case, you can see your gear anytime, as folks already pointed out.

Maybe It's my Hc mindset, but everytime I can view a high level chars gear, I think , damn , they wasted points. Sloppy!

If you have torch+ anni ahead of time , then why waste the stat points so some random *might* say , hey your zon looks cool

I'll take the added life anyday

It is to bad about the bug though. Ive a few chars that use some pretty creative setups.

The dangerous thing is if you use strength charms to be able to equip your enigma and then let the enigma support itself by removing the strength charms (enigma gives strength which can actually be used to reach the enigma armour strength requirements but only if the armour is already equipped). If you do this then you wont be able to pick up the enigma if you die and risk multiple corpses and losing stuff.

As for the glitch...personal preference...i don't really care what other people as long as it works...
