Andy on hell

This question might be a little stupid, but is there anyone who knows if you can loot tal rashas guardianship from andy on hell? I've already tried to get it from pindleskin and baal on hell but i can't get it there. Is there anyother place i can get in on or is baal and pindleskin the best option?

nope you cant get it from Andy. Baal is your best bet followed by the act V superuniques.

The Pit is also a good location to try for something like that. Or any other level 85 area. It won't show up in a list of best odds, but that is because no one monster in there has a great chance, instead many monsters all have a small chance. But quantity can sometmes make up for quality.
