An advice regarding gear choices

I need an advice regarding the gear for my Meteorb Sorceress (Single player). I can't decide between couple of items. I got about 20% of lvl 64 running NM Andariel in hopes of getting Tal Rasha amulet, but alas, no luck. I did get a lot of other cool items, like Stone of Jordan, Silks of the Victor Armor and much, much more.

With all that different gear, I'm having a hard time deciding what to wear. Here's a couple of items and hopefully someone experienced can help me with decision :

1st of all, the belt:

Goldwrap
Heavy Belt
Defense: 35
+52% Enhanced Defense
+25 Defense
74% Extra Gold from Monsters
30% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items
+2 to Light Radius
10% Increased Attack Speed

OR

Soul Chain
Sharkskin Belt
Defense: 34
+26 to Life
+9 to Mana
Fire Resist +26%
Lightning Resist +27%
17% Faster Hit Recovery

After that, I can't decide between a combo of items: Should I wear Razorswitch staff with a blood amulet I crafted:

30% Faster Cast Rate
150% Damage to Undead

AND

9% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items
8% Faster Cast Rate

OR should I take a shield and Tancred's weapon + amulet for huge 78% extra MF in combo with this shield:

The Ward
Gothic Shield
Defense: 112
Chance to Block: 46%
+10 to Strength
+100% Enhanced Defense
+10% Increased Chance of Blocking
+40 Defense
Magic Damage Reduced by 2
All Resistances +45

I don't have a really good weapon atm, which is why I'd use Tancred in the 1st place.

Also, on choice of rings: Nagelring (I have 2), Stone of Jordan or Manald Heal Ring.

I am currenlty lvl 65, this is my 1st character and I'm working my way through Nightmare Act 4.

I'd use the goldwrap for magic finding and the other belt for the resists while doing quests. If you need mana a gloom's trap belt is good, so are silkweave boots. I'd use the two nagel's for mfing and the soj, manald for questing.

Most sorcs go orb + shield, you can get more skills/mods with this combo. The ward's not bad for the resists, lidless wall is a good sorc shield and a moser's blessed circle is great socketed with two perfect diamonds if you need the resists. Identify all orbs that drop, look for +skills, fcr and plusses to your main skills, fireball, meteor and frozen orb. If you can find a good +2 cold/+2 fire tal orb that would be good to use and an occy would be great.

Also have a look in the single player forum's, they have some useful downloads like Atma (single player muling program) you might find useful.

Edit: Forgot about the ammy. If you can find one with +skills, or the tal's you're looking for they'd be better. One with magic find would be good for mfing.
