At level 0, yesIcyMist said:1.their hitpoints=your hitpoints?
[/QUOTE]2.or do more decoy skill points increase decoy's hitpoints, making it having even more hitpoints than you?
First, are you playing an older version of d2? Guided arrow doesn't pierce in 1.10+.IcyMist said:Well, i am trying to maximize my damage for strafe, with my valk, merc, and decoy, i'll be able to fire four arrows at any one enemy, right? and i think a matriachal bow actually have +amazon skill and level 5 revive, so 9 arrows, pretty cool! (Isn't that even better than the 3 or 4 pierces you get with guided arrow).
Come to think of it, if i fire 4 arrows at one target using strafe with peirce, and if there is another monster behind it, will the same 4 arrows also hit that monster?
In a Tankazon tournament in the Single Player Forum, my amazon had maxed Decoy (that gave the decoys a little more than 3000 life). They were surprisingly sturdy, and very easy to replace (only cost 5 mana).Myrakh-2 said:If something is dangerous for me, it will finish off the Decoy in no time as well.
... which is very useful versus ghosts. They like to stack at the same place, so with e.g. Atma's Scarab you amp them (so they are susceptible to physical damage) while they attack your valk or decoy. If you have 100% piercing, all of them will get hit by all attacks which works very well with strafe.thegiantturtle said:If NextDelay didn't exist, (and you had 100% pierce), then all 4 arrows you mentioned would hit each enemy in the line. Even with Nex Delay, any arrow that gets through the first target, will attempt to hit subsequent targets.
