Cheap too, only moderately high rune is Sol. This weapon has decent mods, but more importantly, the Meditation aura. At level 17, it boosts mana recovery rate by 700% for over 28 yards. There are two ways to use it...put it in a staff with mods and wield it yourself, or put it in an ethereal polearm and give it to your mercenary. I'm not sure exactly how to incorporate this into a build, but I'm sure someone with more experience with ES can figure it out. If I'm not mistaken, this should vastly increase the effectiveness of ES. There are other fantastic runewords to take a look at as well, probably Spirit in a shield in particular.
