Hwanin's Justice can't hit the last BP since you can't add sockets to it meaning no shael.

since when can't you add sockets to it? It's an item like any other set. You can add sockets to IK armor and virtually every other set item no problem.

OK I gathered that BP = break point but now I'm going to ask the question that is going to start having everyone on here saying: "Damn what a noob!" lol
but here it goes anyways: what do you mean "break point"? I don't really get much into the particular matematics of the game, i.e. formulas for how much extra damage a person can do with deadly strike over crushing blow & open wounds, etc. I just know that the higher the % of these that your equipment has, the quicker than monsters die.
For example, I've got an IK barb that's mainly concentrate with 1 point in ww/berzerk. Now for a while I've been wondering just how much of a difference the 2 shaels that I put into the maul REALLY make. I mean, if this is right...

then would that mean that all I need is to have 2 ias jewels in my equipment somewhere and still get the maximum speed out of my maul? Because if that's the case I could just replace the jewels in my helm with a couple ed/15%ias jewels and leave my weapon sockets open for something else, right? Every one that has a question stop asking in v4.1 ask in v4.2!!!!!
All you would need is 2 ias jewels in your weapon, not equiment. So you can have more attacks wile using wirlwind. Now if you wanted to attack faster with berserk. You can add 2 sheals runes. But you would loose the extra 80% ed from the 2 jewels. But the 2 sheal runes will give you just as many attacks with whirlwind as having 2 15% ias jewels.
