Advice on where to post if...

I am looking for a Herald Of Zakarum, and I wasnt sure where to post this. I saw that there is a trading value forum, but I didnt see an actual trading forum (apologies in advance if I'm blind). And since I was hoping to trade for it in SP, I wasnt sure if there were any dedicated SP forums for trading. If there is please enlighten me :)
