Advice on my new 'sin

I've not played an assassin in a while, and after going through what's avaible skillwise, this is what I've decided on(barring any good input!):

20 Tiger Strike
20 Dragon Tail
~15 Fade
1 Blade Fury
+prereqs

I'm playing hardcore(useast) and so I prefer to have all of my characters with max block and resistances, and this seems to be the best way to go about it. I intend to use the fastest, highest damage 1handed weapon I can find to boost my blade fury dmg, and to boost my charge up time with TS. ITD will be a must, a lightsabre may be a temporary stopgap since it provides decent dmg for wailing away with TS and acceptable damage with BF. If I can manage, I'll pick up a mosers/kokomal shield for my offhand. A NefLum BP will be my option initially for armour, until I can afford better. Gores/GT and guilheims face will provide CB, while angelic jewelry will grant the AR i need for bosses.

I am mainly PvM.

I do however have many extra skill points once I am finished. Any advice, or gear suggestions, would be appriciated.

a last wish phaseblase as your wep will work wonders for reasons why check the worrior-monk guide any if the weps would work for your bf as explained therein

if he can get hold of a lastwish pb... i mean youve seen the hrs in the thing right? a more achievable high end weapon would stormlash flail thingy which would serve you equally/better...

Stormlash is an option I've examined, and if I get a lucky drop I will be acquiring it. For the moment I'm using islestrike.

I wouldn't really use BF with Tiger Strike, as you look for different kinds of damage. With TS you want big physical damage, which really isn't a big deal with blade fury as it gets turned to nothing. For BF you want effects like OW/Venom/CB, which you don't use with TS because of its slow speed. I suppose you could use BF, but it really won't be all that good unless you stack up on CB. The only weapon that comes to mind that would be good for both is a LW, and as stated, probably not an option at this time. You can invest points in it because you have them to spare, but don't rely on it to do any major killing for you.

A single point in BF wasn't too much of an investment in all honesty, which is why I took it. Since I don't really need a wand or anything crazy like that on switch I am more then happy to keep seperate gear on swap. Also, TS doesn't seem to deliver much of my damage, its really jsut a chargeup to be able to kick more then anything. LW is obviously a good option for either, though I've considered a crescent moon runeword, since its fast, so good with TS, and the static proc is good whether im throwing or meleeing.

to bad tahat you are on hc and ladder then i have a lw pb that i am looking to possably put up sor trade but im on usescnl it is on the lower end of the cb tho
