Advice needed/appreciated

So at lvl 91 i dont feel im doing the kind of dmg i should. THe problem is in my gear or combo of...So this is my stuff, I want to optimize myself and can trade some HRs to get whatever i need....

the 15 Fant/ +1 skill GMB
Coh or Inigma or i can build some armor with those ED/Ias gems
the skull 3 jewel Ias/ED helm
Bk rings, a Ravenfrost, carrion wind.
glooms belt/ Nosfer belt
Goreriders
Higlords wrath amulet....
gloves i have the KB ones with Ias, or a KB pair with +2bow (both player crafted)

Well trade your gores for travs.
And that is about all i have to say based on what you informed us of. What skills are you using? what is your damage? what merc are you using? what else is going on?

The best armor choice for physical(strafe, multi, guided) zon is fortitude, 300%ed, hard to pass it but we realy need to know what zallus asked before and I will add if the zon is pvp or pvm?

Might aswell add that you need to use Nos Belt to reach the last breakpoint with the rest of your gear.

A lot of your damage will come from charms so I guess it's the problem here.
As above, hard to tell without more info.

Personally, if I where to use a Faith GMB. I wouldnt bother with the 92IAS bp. I would take one step down and go for the 46IAS bp. Why? This way you can use Razortail, Atma's Amulet, LoH and Giantskull.

LoH 20ias (+350ed demons and 50fr)
Giantskull Knockback + 30ias(2x 40/15s)
Razortail (100% Pierce, 15dex, 10max dam)
Atma (Amplify -100%physical res)

What are the actual IAS break points for strafe with a Faith GMB? The stickies say you only need 50 IAS for the last BP. Also, Razortail only gives 33% Pierce I think.

For your rings, use a Raven Frost and a dual leech ring. Raven Spiral is a nice one if you are Non-Ladder US West.

Combine Razortail and some points in pierce, you will get 100% pierce. 92IAS is the last bp for faith GMB (fana lvl>14). I don't think you really need KB as you are using "THE" bow LOL.. You don't need to play defensively. Play OFFENSIVELY!! As above suggestion, Fort armor is the best for physical build (multi/strafe...). LoH helps as it has good fire resist, IAS, and +350% damage to demon (lots of demons in game).

Personally, I like MB more as you can be more flexible with gears to reach the fastest strafe/multi BP. You can get 95%IAS by using Mav helm with 15IAS jewel (45), highlords (20IAS), Nos (10 IAS) and Glove (20IAS).
