advice for druid plz!

Just read fenris guide (althought most of the comments are pretty useless/unrelated) about wind druids so i started making one. I'm pretty rich so i can afford the expensive stuff. Im currently looking at..

Now the block rate on Spirit is pretty low (42%) so im wondering should i still max out dex to try reach 75% ctb at lv 95? Or is that a waste and i should go back to ss. I'm not aiming to make this druid specifically pvm or pvp, just kinda in the middle! Any other comments on my chosen items would be really helpful! thanks.

Go with Max Block. Tornado require very close distance between you and target and you really do need block.

lets say u are dueling a zealot and he attacks 20 times and dose 7k
7k after pvp = 1166
1166 after max dr= 583
so 20 x 583 = 11660 damage
I doubt u could get that much life

with max block
he attacks 20 times
hits 5
misses 15
so 5 x 583 = 2915 damage
most druids can get over 2.9k life

with max block his chance to hit u is 25%
he missed 75%

only time where u don't need block is on a caster like a nerco or hammerin cuz shields won't do anything unless u got some magic reduced or ed jewels

Well since ur a wind druid u would need a shield like spirit when dueling a nerco or hammerin cuz u need that faster cast rate and faster hit recovery

+2all or +3 ele ammy with 19-20 fcr/prisamic/stats

1 x bul ring

If you cant get the 19 fcr ammy get a nice 10 fcr ring and 10 fcr ammy.

Edit: Quite pissed, found a rare druid ammy, 10fcr, 5% ml, +10 all res, +50 to life BUT + 2 to shapeshifting anyone else want?
