    About Energy Shield

Does it work like Cyclone armor? Where your effective elemental resistance always equal to 0 before absorption?

So even if I have maxed out my resistances the ES would still take damage at 0 res? Please clarify for me thanks :)

Cyclone armor absorbs 100% of elemental damage while ES absorbs a lower percentage of all damage - but yes, they function the same in regards to resists - it's always considered zero. Only the damage that gets past ES will be affected by your resists.

In hell difficulty would it be considered at -100 instead of 0? :undecided:

the damage absorbed by ES is independent from your resistance

only the damage which has passed ES allready can be affected by resistance. Difficulty doesn't matter.
