A return since... 1.09

hey everyone!

I havn't really played since 1.09. I used to post as 'Mystik'. If you recognize me, please post a reply! I'm looking for some old GAT players I used to play with. I was reading in the GAT thread and saw some familier faces so that's pretty cool.

I think we still need a softcore character to beat normal before playing hardcore so I was wondering if anyone had a few minutes to get me into hardcore again. My account is *Mystik8 on east. Thanks for any offers!

Anyways, I hope to see some old faces again and hopefully GAT starts up again.

If you want to go right to HC, all it takes is a simple registry edit.

I believe I found this on the dii.net forums in a faq:

1) Right click on desktop and choose "create new text document"
2) Press F2 to rename the document "allowhc.reg" or something similar (make sure that you're not naming it ".reg.txt" or something silly to that extent)
3) Right click on that file and choose "edit"
4) Copy and paste the below into it, then save changes;
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Diablo II]
"AllowHardcore"=dword:00000001
5) Double click on the file, select yes you do want to add the information, and OK afterwards
6) Proceed to create HC characters at your leisure
