A noobs question about conviction aura...

So does Conviction mean "trial and found guilty"
    or "strong faith"
    in diablo 2 context?

    Thanks!

It's the second. For example, it translates to "Ãœberzeugung" in the German version which means strong faith.

Why would it be the first? You find them guilty and sentence them to...-res and defense? Are you, like, fining them resistance? :)

Seems to make more sense that you're breaking through their resistance with the power of your faith, being a Paladin and all.
