    A little warning

Listen up people! You have to give all your accounts an e-mail address. Otherwise people can steal your accounts (by filling in nothing in the first field and give their address as the new address and than do password recovery). The best thing is if you use an address that you don't use normally. And don't give that address to anyone!

I guess the most of you already know this, but just in case... I'll post this in the newcomer forum as well. If some mod thinks this is double posting simply delete this thread and leave the one in newcomer forum.

This doesn't work, I tried it on my account to see if it did.
To clarify, first you are to go to change account e-mail address right?
So you put in the account name in the first box, nothing in the second and an address in the third?

This doesn't work as you cannot change the address with the second box, old email address, blank.

    Nothing to worry about then.

I think I didn't make myself clear. It works if you don't have any "old e-mail address", if you don't have given any from the beginning. If you have there's nothing to worry about.

Don't you need the password to do it?

No, you only have to enter the old email address if there is one, along with the new email address.

i dont think that works either, i just tried with one of my accounts which has never had an email from the beginning.

it dosent allow you to press the "send" button unless you have entered an "old email address".

Good. Then maybe it is impossible. I haven't tried myself. This was just a theory of mine.
