If I were to guess... ( people joined a game and everyone made a tp. After seven the whole ground where tps usually are got full so the next tp found the closest location, inside Malahs house. Would explain why it's so close to wall

I think it would spawn in the bloody foothills. Or your character says "I can't do that".
or some wierd bug that would crash the game and ruin your computer and every time you turn it on you hear an eerie laughter from diablo that's really creepy because everything else is quiet and then the computer explodes and then comes the prime evils and destroy everything then comes tyrael but Izual who Tyrael thought was his friends backstabs him then you in your real life try to kill the prime evils but you fail miserably and diablo uses his lightning hose of terror and baal shoots fire at you and meph casts his ice ball on you and you die and get sent to hell and...

I just did that to win the inofficial smartass contest between helvete and mehehe krischan "spielverderber"
yes its true it was gold taking all the room so tp couldnt spawn.
I wonder what happens if ALL the town is filled with gold...
