A few noob questions

So I'm completely new to dueling and I have a few really basic questions.

First, what's the typical LLD clvl max? I've seen 30 or 31 and I've even read some guides that go all the way up to 34?!?

Second, LLD usually takes place in Normal mode, right? Just trying to figure out resist needs.

And third, is mana potting considered BM? I figure most would probably consider health and rejuv potting BM, but I'm not sure about mana.

Typically 30.

Yes, they do.

Unless you're using an Es Sorc, then mana potting isn't too bad.

Some seems to duel at lvl 18 aswell...

vlld: 9-12
mlld: 13-24
hlld: 25-30

though the cap is different on different realms. euro stops at 29 so i hear. i find my llds not needing to mana pot nearly as much as my hlds i usually just dont bother to pot in lld and on most casters i use insight on switch in a low req staff.
