A Detailed Ladder

I think a more detailed ladder would be more accepted by players , maybe filling in a name field or somthing , name of person who uses the account. I have roleplaying names and i'd like it allittle more if people on the ladder could see my barbarian name with addition a name of player who uses or the account name . Just seeing my roleplaying name isn't enough and makes me feel less unique . Thanks for your time

I seem to remember this already being in B.net. When you were in the chat room I remember being able to write a little bio of your character which also had the option of your location, name, and such. Though I rarely found people with them filled out, and by this and other various posts I assume they just did not know of the option. It has been quite some time since I played on B.Net so maybe someone could explain it to you in better detail and how to access it. I hope they include such a thing in D3 cause I loved creating my own little personal character background.

I think they should(which I think they will) keep the account name hidden this time to make account stealing harder.

would be pointless to even start guessing that password if you don't even know the account name.

Wait, account stealing was a problem for the ladders?

What kind of idiot makes their password 1234 anyway? Or their account name, or spelled backwards etc.

It was a problem in general i think.. I remember many times when someone came to chat that he was able to guess someones password.

There are huge amount of people that use too simple password, yeah its their shame but less work for blizzard to answer their cry mails if the account stealing is harder.

do you want random people messaging your acct all the time saying "DOOD, YOU R THE #34 ON DA LADDARZ? HOWD JOO GET THERE?"

That is if you are playing on a char on that acct not on the ladder.

remember blizz is saying there might be 1 acct pet cd key this time around

even if there is only one account per CD this time, does not mean you wont be able to log onto someone else account. Although i think this would be for the best if the limit this one accont per cd key.

better make sure you would like your account name for a long peroid before you make that crap official and registered.

a more detail ladder would be aswome, and would be the best thing for us that are competative. i would like some system for after the first 99 is made for them to loose there number one seet, and think it would be kool if you get something for being in the first few seets, maybe something a simple as a title next to your name. That way in game people will now how awsome you are.
