If I have a grey flail with 4 open sockets, does that make it worth a lot? (20 pgems it says on the trade value forums thread) It seems too good to be true, is there some quality necessary in order for the flail to be valuable that I am missing?
Nope there isn't any other necessary quality, as long as it is grey. A 4os flail is good material for a Heart of the Oak runeword, that's the reason why people would pay, as you said 20 pgems for it.
