39 charger question
ok so i asked this before and i got the run around and diff answers which didnt help too much. i got a 39 charger 1 hand with a 65ed/115ar shield should i use use max dam jewels or 30ed jewels and if max jewels should i got with 15s or try and find 20+ maxers (which i've been trying to get for 4 days with no luck). + i need help with skill placement i have 50 skill pts and dont know where to place em
