About the lightning sorc.

I wouldn't make one for dueling even with that much dmg, good luck hitting someone twice in a row with it. Lightning is a pretty hard skill to duel with since it goes in a straight line at 1 target. You could have some fun with her, take out less experienced players but people who are serious duelers will have no problems dodging the lightning and most will be able to take more than 1 hit(resists/absorb/high life). Lightning dmg is also very unpredictable so I wouldn't expect to get that maximum dmg very often at all. I think that most serious duelers will be able to beat you but if you are just looking for a fun build to take out less experienced players, go for it.
