+3 trap, +3 Lightning Sentry, what do they cost?

I've heard these are the most expensive items in the game and I havn't been able to find a gold amount for them.

I'd hate to come across one from anya and not be able to afford it. Does anyone know?

Item prices are undiscovered territory as far as I know. It would be awesome if someone made some kind of item cost / repair cost calculator, but right now I just suggest you do your shopping with a lvl 80+ character and a stash full of gold.

Realistically, I doubt it's even million. Only armors and staves can get that pricy.

I bought one a few days ago. I'm not even sure it breaks half a million.


The thing is, if it's purely +3 trap, +3 LS and nothing else, the claw won't be very expensive. However if it's +3 trap, +3 LS and +other skills, then the item can get quite pricey. Still, I doubt such a claw breaks 500,000g, much less a million.

As Cow King said, only sorceress items are going to reach such heights.

Anya was selling a fools runic talon cant remember the suffix with +3 LS, +1 mb and +2 death sentry in a ball run I was in recently, I had about 400k on me and was 70k short from memory. No friends online at the time, I was pretty disappointed.

Hold a P Vendor Gheeds and that bow that gives -Vendor prices with a high lvl char full of gold.

Also, finding a claw with +3 traps and +3 ls is extremely unlikely, especially if you want a fast claw type to help laying speed, you might look at odds like 1 in 1 000 000, this is actually a wild guess, but 1 in 500 is no where near the neighbour hood of the probability's cousin...

I've bought a 3/3 before; it ran ~480k in greater talons, iirc.

That was 3/3 plain though - keep in mind that if you get 3/3 and it loads with some other random silly mod, it'll go through the roof - 800, 900k. Odds are probably more like 1:500,000, conservative estimate. Sorry.
