3,000 dead or injured in North Korea

The number 3,000 was the number of casualties. Casualties != deaths.

There's some stupidity going on right now . . . South Korea leapt up ready to help, but Pyongyang is refusing to let any aid come overland from the South. Dunno if they're going to take it by boat instead or what.

The only major hospital serving that area of the country was right next to the station, and is in no shape to be used . . . :(

Isn't there a large Chinese hospital on the other side of the border? I could've sword I read something that the N. Koreans were sending many of the injured there.
