I've always found 60 to be plenty. Of course, if you can get to 86 easily, you might as well, but I don't feel it's necessary.

Tal's gets you to 86 if you can find a FHR charm.
And to the above statement? I have 105 FCR and with 86FHR I can still occasionally get trapped by the dolls in Durance 2...I almost always get away but it does make for some close calls.

I definitely feel that (with Spirit) 60 FHR is worth it... what else can you get that's better than a full breakpoint for the low cost of one small charm suffix?

i kind of like 142fhr for a blind tele on my 200fcr sork....

I've done many classic sorcs and only FHR they have just came with being lucky on the mods on the rare items.. and most of the m only have 63fcr too.. and had no problems so far.
I guess it depends whos playing then. So advice to OP if you don't know what you do.. get max FHR and max FCR.. then you should be safe at least.
Totally overkill imo.. none of my sorcs have ever payed attention to FHR.. i've always felt its totally useless.. when mobs don't hit you why you need hit recovery.

it's nice to be able to basically ignore stun altogether.
i kept that dual-spirit setup while baal-running (with a pure fire sork mind) and found it came in handy on WSK III if i ran into frenzytaur.
86% is still plenty, whatever the next BP below that is probably more than fine for pvm.
142fhr is a pvp setup for taking on stunlockers (barbs and 'sins mostly).
it's nice to be able to basically ignore stun altogether.
