lets put it like this, if u want ur singer to dominate other singers, the best bet would to follow the 200 fhr 200 fcr build, i know i know, it sounds way excessive, check it out on jsp, its in the streg section, dude has a gud thing built up. But yesh 200 fcr is buggy, but there is ways of dealing with it, like clicking intead of holding the mouse

thats a load, war cry singers r the best player vs casters in pvp, if u never realized that u made a fantastic piece of nothing. See actually with war cry barbs, their dmg blows right, but still u get these people who try to save the dmg by putting on all this skills gear, like 3 ammies, 2x skill rings, skill helms, ect. Thats gonna end up real sucky, if u want a pvp war cry go for the high fcr, fhr builds. Sacrifices dmg yesh, which is already low, but ur attack will cost less mana, u'll be speedy as hell, and ur recovery will be great. You'll spit pub sorcs out n other casters, only ones that will give u any trouble r necros. Most melee chars will stomp u 1vs1 however.
