just wondering, a 200 fcr sorc spilling fireballs all over blood moor which are like 12k each at er well, 200 fcr playing hit and run... is that a good build? or comment on it

if i were to make one, should i go for ES/fb? or pure vita? since i'm 200 fcr i can run really fast?
