1- Is "poison length reduction" on items modifed like resistances on NM and hell difficulty?
2- What are the act 2 mercenary's IAS break points for Colossus Voulge, cryptic axe and war pike (I want to know if socketing a IAS jewel in my merc's helm will have any effect).

1. Yes, so -40% in NM and -100% in Hell

2. Depends on gear, use the Calculator
