2 fpa strafe breakpoint impossible on zon w/ mav set?

Yes, I know mav sucks, but I'm using it anyway, at least for now. Lets, for the moment, ignore the possibility of faith on a rogue merc.

Is it even possible to reach the 2 fpa strafe breakpoint without it?

120 is the target, the mav set gives 70, and you can add an easy 40 with shael on bow and highlord/cat's eye. Where can the remaining 10 possibly come from? I know of no unique/set rings/boots/charm that gives IAS, and I'm pretty sure that IAS can't be found as a rare/magic mod on those slots either. Am I missing something?

Damn. I can't believe I missed the most obvious thing. The only question now is whether I take highlord or cat's eye.

Or should I take secret option C? Free up my ammy slot by getting the last 50 from shael-15 ias-15 ias?

I'd go with C) ias jewel armor/helm and use an atma's. Amp damage is VERY nice on a 2fpa strafer.

I second the Atma's if you're willing to socket both the diadem and armor w/ IAS jewels. I tried Atma's on my Mav's FA/Strafer and her Strafe becomes much more effective with the Atma's.
