    133 hours and counting, llad!

Just over 5 and one half days until your poor Sooners get smashed for the second consecutive year. And hopefully you won't try to blame the refs or instant replay either. (The Sooners STILL had a chance to win it against Oregon and missed the field goal. No one to blame but themselves.)

And to those without a clue, Saturday the 7th at 3:30EST is when the Texas Longhorns and the Oklahoma Sooners fight it out in one of the fiercest rivalry in all of sports.

I had the score at 31-10, pretty damn close. Sometimes I even amaze myself.

Good job by the Horns today. Well, yesterday I guess. North Texas/Florida International went 7 OT's, which ties the all-time record for longest game. No one scored in any of the overtimes, and field goal totals were 5 of 13. It was perhaps the largest display of two inept football teams in the history of college football. Baylor also beat the lowly Buffaloes, and Florida beat LSU, so it was a pretty good day in college football.

They seem to like to use Tebow as a situational running back.

Tebow appears to be a goddamn freak of nature, much like Matt Jones was for Arkansas. It must be nice to have he and Chris Leak both.

Oh yeah and, BRING ON BAYLOR!!!

    Five turnovers, whadaya expect?

I have followed Sooner football since 1966 and seen many a Red River gridiron battle go both ways.

This was just another hard fought match.

Although I will admit that I was certainly disappointed in the outcome for an hour or two afterwards ... in the end, it's only a game.

Cya there next year Longhorns ...

Ain't never heard of either team...but I have heard of several other 'greatest rivalries in sports'. I'd suggest that it may be a decent rivalry, but there would be greater ones, in, say, the rest of the world.

I find it interesting how people take pride in hating other people so much. lol. That being said...I hate the Habs... :azn:

How many times do I have to tell you people, we don't give a rat's *** about the "rest of the world"? All your measley little countries are irrelevant. Especially Canada.
