    Still no Pul :X

So far it seems that the Countess is a very good source of low runes. I think I'm going upto 500 runs to have a better range of results (also my $%@#* Pul :D).

I get this two nice uniques from the runs:

The Rising Sun (this one from a pack of Devilkins)
    Amulet
    Required Level: 65
    Item Version: 1.10 Expansion
    Item Level: 77
    Fingerprint: 0x2391d70c
    Adds 24-48 fire damage
    Replenish Life +10
    +4 to Light Radius
    +2 to Fire Skills
2% Chance to cast Level 14 Meteor when struck
+63 to Fire Absorb (Based on Character Level)

    and my second Hone :D

Hone Sundan (this one from the Countess)
    Yari
    Two-Hand Damage: 100 to 204
    Durability: 28 of 28
    Required Strength: 101
    Required Level: 37
Spear Class - Normal Attack Speed
    Item Version: 1.10 Expansion
    Item Level: 82
    Fingerprint: 0x80f43020
    +178% Enhanced Damage
    +20 to Minimum Damage
    +40 to Maximum Damage
    45% Chance of Crushing Blow
Repairs 1 durability in 10 seconds
    Socketed (3: 0 used)

I have a question for you guys, if you don't mind: What do you do with all the lower runes? After all this runs and the normal play I have a stash full of low runes (El / Amn), and I'm unsure what to do with them. Do you cube them? Do you just keep them?
I know everyone have his/her own play style, but maybe I can learn something for experienced players ^^

    Anyway, thanks for reading.

I use el/eld's for cubing up low quality class specific items, trying for that uber wand or druid helm. Nef, Ral, Thul, Ort... they all are in a crafting recipe, and those provide awesome items. Craft up some caster boots/belt/ammy, some blood gloves, and some hit power gloves for a strafer. Ort's also do instant repairs, so cubing up some tal/ral for orts works too.

Cubing them all up to get like a Dol to me is a waste of time.

Oh ... but what a fun waste of time it is.

I'm one of those guys who saves all my runes save Els (just because). I also cube them eventually just to remind myself what a stupid exercise in futility it is ... but I do it anyways.

It's kind of funny to see my stash of 1k+ runes whittled down to nothing.

cube to rals, nefs and orts. Thuls and above are cubed to Lem. Above Lem is kept.

    Nice runs too.

Yes, most people say that holding on to those low-end runes is a waste of time. And I'm sure it is, cause the time spent on picking them up then eventually cubing them could better be spent with more Countess runs

. But as for me, I pick up all of them and cube them. I used to keep all of them first (I mean, all the runes that dropped) in an ATMA stash for 100-200runs then account for all of them before cubing them all, for statistical purposes. But now I cube when I feel like my in-game backpack is full, then set out for runs again. Really, it is a waste of time, but I can seem to leave any single rune on the ground...

BTW, I also posted some ~500 runs some time ago in Vemp's thread. If you want, you can use the search function to look for that thread and check a rough statistics there.

    Good luck! :)

I've recently gotten out of the 3 perfect gem re-rolling and am hooked on crafting. I really wish I had save those perfect amys and runes that I had cubed away.

Yes, the result is no good, for more than a hundred runs i'd expect an Um, but keep running, soon or later on WILL drop. gluck
