    1.10 TC System

    Hi guys

I wanted to ask *how* actually version 1.10 affected the TC system?
I know that TC 90 was bumbed to TC 87, so does that mean there are alot of items in TC 87? (Both 87 and pre-90)? What other changes were done?

    Thanks all, BR

i was wondering about that too the other day. was a lower tc enlarged?

also, looking at the distribution tables, it seems that they tried to spread it out a little more by making a larger section more likely to drop. before, it was tc 16 or something, now it seems like 8-36ish is about the same.

The TC90 items had their Qlvl lowered so that they would fit in TC87. Technically TC90 still exists, but it's empty now. In 1.10 TC87 holds all TC87 and 90 items.

Which distribution tables? I must've missed those.

i was looking at d2data's drop rates for baal and diablo, who can drop up to tc 87. they seem to have a better spread on the low end than before, when the bplate tc had the highest chance to drop. the standard deviations seem bigger.

Breast Plates are still the most common items.

D2data.net's TC/monster info is mostly incorrect, don't trust it.

TCs and monster info: None AFAIK.

If you really want to know the truth, you should get the .txt files right... here. The file guides in the forums there can help you understand them.

How 'bout the ATMA Drop-Calculator for 1.10? It's a part of the ATMA program that is easily downloadable from a link in a stickied thread in the SPF. I've yet to hear of an error in that calculator. It let's you enter number of players, MF, everything. Great program, even better if you play SP.

The developer of ATMA also has this page up:
    http://mywebpages.comcast.net/tokusanya/110_full_tc.txt
for those who want a slightly better organised specific source for item TC and qlvl info.
You will notice that indeed TC87 is now very very big (they actually bumped one item down to TC84 too, Shadow Plate, but everything else is as for 1.09).
