1.10 charges bug and carrion wind/stone

stone has 80 charges of molten boulder so would that add the equivalent of a lvl ** molten boulder to all the skills that have it as a synergy?

If I was wearing two carrion winds would I get double the bonus to synergies for rabies compared to wearing one?

i believe all those charge bugs have been fixed.

Stone grants lvl 16 synergy bonus. Carrion Wind grants lvl 21 synergy bonus and does not stack with a second ring.

Synergy bugs only work in 1.10.
