ûber with my summoner...

Hi...
Im thinking if my fishy nec, will be able to make übers and if not what to tweak a bit...
My gear:

shaco
rare amu, res 2 skills
eni
goldwap
nagelrings
trang claws
war trav
arm of king...
spriret or homun (need the fcr)

Merc:
high dmg obediance
fort with 3k+ def
guilames face or tals

skills:
full in skel and skel mastery
full ce
1 in each curse
some in res and rivives
Thiinking of adding my last to mages...

You should wear all your + skills gear to summon your army. Once the army is summoned, then switch to your resistance gear (the army stays at the level it was summoned - did you know that?)

Regarding your gear:

1. Nagelrings: Consider Stone of Jordan, Bul Kathos', or any other rare rings with resistances)
2. Amulet: +3 summoning skills is better to summon your army. Once army has been summoned, then use the skiller resistance amulet you have. FCR would be even nicer because you will cast terror on the monsters the Ubers spawn.
3. Goldwrap: Doesn't benefit you at all in Uber Tristram. Consider Arachnid mesh for summoning army, and then using resistances and life belt.
4. Boots: Consider Marrowwalks (+2 mastery) for summoning army. Then switch to Waterwalks with high life (60+ life) or rare boots with resistances.
5. Merc: Tal's helm is better because Crushing Blow can be provided by the Urdars you will revive from Durance of Hate.
6. Poison mages: Essential in preventing life regeneration of Ubers. Have one cold, and all the rest poison mages.
7. Hope you read a bit about how to "set up" the ubers - take them out one by one, Mephisto first because of his strong conviction aura. Rest is detailed in some of the threads around, make a search and read a bit before using your organ set!
8. You do not have Hellfire torch? Try to get one before Ubering. And keep a trustworthy friend ready to help in xferring it.

am i wrong when i say my +gear skells are destroyd when i take of the + gear? Lets say my gear allows me to summon 16 skels, when i take it off 3 of them dies...

This might be silly, but which monster is theese urdars, and were is it best to find them...

A little comment on 5): I'd say Guill's Face is waaaay better than Tal's Helm because 1) 75% crushing blow is better than 40% against ubers, and 2) you can't leech from the ubers wih normal life leech. That just leaves a helm with a little resist and life boost. I'd probably rather use Kira's Guardian over Tal's helm if you have it, or just stick with the Guill's helm, and hope that the ubers target your other minions before your merc. Remember you can flash up Life Tap for a second to completely refill your merc's life bar, then quickly switch back to Decrepify..

If you're skilled with using Terror, you can get away with less-than-max resists, as long as you stay out of Conviction range and use Terror to keep the uber's minions occupied. Easier said than done, though

If you can summon 16 skellies right now with your gear, and then you take off some of your gear and are now able to summon 14 of them, two skellies will be destroyed immediately. However, the ones that remain will stay at the same mastery level they were summoned to begin with.

The Urdars can be found at many places - 1. River of Flame, 2. The Seven Tombs of Act II, 3. Durance of Hate, and sometimes some other places as well. They do not spawn in each game, however, so make sure you search for them before you open the red portal!

Once you make sure there are Urdars in at least one of these places, open the red portal. Then just go to one of these three places I mentioned, and revive enough of them (I think 10 is a good number, though the more the better). Remember to keep teleporting every now and then so you don't lose them! I usually raise about 12 Urdars because 2 of them usually expire even before I can enter the red portal.

In any case, a summoner necro should not attempt the Ubers alone without at least 10 revived Urdars!

I have just killed the mini übers without big problems... I still feel a bit unsure about were to move, which to kill first and so on.,..

Is the a good guide, ex with video?

Searched a bit, but didnt suceed!

Ps: I now have beast on switch and some better rings + thundergods belt : )

A Little side note...

Right now i use beast / homun for boss killing / stational
and hoto / spirit for all around

what combos should i preffer doring the übers?

Hoto homun gives me full res, but lags the last break, and lags my nice aura...

PS: lug seems to follow me today, diablo just dropped a nice aracnich for me : )

when killing ubers, just make sure you have maxed your resistances as high as you can get them. Mephisto's conviction will reduce those resists, so it's important to stack.

i have found that i need to divide and conquer when in Uber Tristram - if you are under attack from 2 bosses at once, teleport away (you have Enigma) and approach from a different angle, to isolate each boss separately.

Anilrobo is right on with urdars - they will make the job easier and faster.

Urdars are not a requirement for any one of them separately, however, they definately make the job faster. your merc setup is good; i have the same setup - fort, high obedience, and guillaume's face - awesome crushing blow. if you find your merc is dying with Mephisto, switch the guillaume's for a Kira's Guardian for more resists; you'll still have the 40% crushing blow from the Obedience polearm, and hopefully you'll have some urdars to make the job go faster.

Wanna know cause I'm making a fishy myself.
Usually the minions always try to stay close to you, they only rush away from you if they see monsters to attack. However, their walk/run speed may not always catch up with you (especially if you're wearing full Trang's set) and then you will lose the minions who are left too far behind.

My experience is that as long as I'm not wearing full Trang's set, my walk/run speed was never too fast to lose a minion. Remember you can always spawn / revive more minions, but my only concern is losing iron golem!

ûbers are now down :D :D

Died 2 times and had to go a lot of times for minions but i suceeded... I see that it is as much skills as good items that is needed :p

I also find terror a lot more effective than attract to keep minions away...

And dont be afreid of clearing everything with corpseexplotion, just lure the 3 bosses away.... a lot easyer to handle without all these monsters!!!

Now for the exiting part, the torch... I rolled a.......:

18 atr
19 res
3 to druid skills

good one i guess, even when not pal or sorc...

nice Dtorch! they can't all be Sorc or Pal torches, so you might as well roll a high one! =) grats on the uber kill.
