PCGamer have today made the Reaper of Souls preview from their September UK issue available online. This was based on the playable build at Gamescom in August and therefore doesn’t contain information regular readers won’t already know. Nevertheless it’s an insightful read.

The French D3 fansite Judge Hype has done great work over the years and provided us with all the Crusader skills a few days ago. The Judge has now posted a write up about his interview with Josh Mosqueira and Christian Lichtner from Gamescom and it’s got good stuff as well. There’s no audio or video alas, just a bullet point list of the key details, but there are some new facts that I hadn’t heard in other interviews. A short interivew from NieuwerwetsTV features Brian Kindregan and Kevin Martens and answering two questions. Just two questions, but they’re both very good questions and each one spurs a lengthy and interesting reply. In fact, the second question could have been the best one asked at Gamescom… if the interviewer had pursued it a bit and not let Brian deflect it as he did.

Diablo3.Gamona has posted a hand-on report based on play time of the Diablo 3 demo at Gamescom. It’s fairly short (wish I’d been there) but does give some insight into the tone and mood of Westmarch, the Crusader, and changes in Loot 2.0. Here’s an excerpt from the Google translation of the article.
At past Blizzcons and other events we’ve seen a fair amount of surreptitiously recorded ninja gameplay video of the game in action. None such has appeared yet from Gamescom, which might attest to more vigilance from the booth staff, less subterfuge from the attendees, or just bad luck/slow upload times.

A new Josh Mosqueira interview from Gamescom with Korean site Players Cut, in which he answers numerous short questions with a yes, no, or maybe. Most of them are technical stuff about the story and lore, but more general topics came in halfway through and the one that everyone’s going to seize on Josh’s reply to a question about the Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls beta test start time. Here’s the exact quote of that one, which you can hear at 7:33 in the video:
The Crusader is far from a finished product and the content in the Diablo 3 demos is edited and limited from the full production version, but there are usually quite a few skills listed, including ones of a higher level than you can even use in the demo.
