  1. I’ve been to England three times but I’ve yet to hear a cow muh over there. However Ellys edition sounded a bit off to me, but perhaps cows in England are just different?

  2. Looking forward to the Matt Uelmen interview!

  3. gear up in 1/4 of the time?? no!!! what r u talkin about?

isnt it confirmed that the mosters will get harder with every player that joins the game? in D2 monsters got 50 % stronger per player. if its the same 50 % number in D3 then a 4 player game will kill and thereby get items 8/5 (= 1,6) times faster than a game where only 1 guy is running.

  4. ‘get off the island’? cough’lame’cough. 36% is like alot of a poll percentage…and at least 30% of those are really into Diablo…But like allways the majority rule imposes, and realy that was the general attitude towards alot of things (from visual design to gameplay design) all along from when the game was announced. At least the visuals changed towards better looks taking in consideration all opinions about this matter. If there were 51 to 49% in favour of the design the general attitude would have been exactly the same I do not doubt it at all and that’s kind of sad.
So..what can one do but just go with the flow…

Concerning drops and loot, I really liked the competition 🙂 many things were made easy with Diablo 3 – but less realistic i suppose > from using potions turned to orbs to the \personal drops\…i mean self drops…what is that? O_o If many people would hit a monster to kill each one would get a personal drop?? like…rly. -_-
And whats all that fuss about ‘sossage fingers’ If 8 people in D2 kill Dia and he drops items then it’s called that you killed it so the items are yours? how in hell do you quantify that? pfff if you want the items for yourself then you can as well kill the bosses on your own…now can you lol? :))

And I repeat…borrowing things from wow like auction house, cooldowns etc..I really don’t think it was a good idea. Cooldowns will only have the effect of people not using certain skills at all if not efficient, while auction house will not increase any trading at all but just increase the amount of people making money on the backs of deluded little kids with dads credit cards in their hands. and deminish player interaction, which is really bad.

‘We must stop comparing D2 to D3’? Why the hell?? If it is a sequel then it should take all good things and experience gained from all those years of D2 as well as learning from past mistakes, not just erase it with a sponge and better use WOW as reference.
We should compare D2 to D3, otherwise D3 is a completly new game just using Diablo as a name, and I hope this will not be the case….I still have hope.

Ow and for tha last part, the name is not romanian, I can assure you of that considering I’m romanian 🙂 That is bulgarian. Kostadinov is a Bulgarian football player..but it’s Kostadin not Kaloyan 🙂 And you pronounce it just like in english, one does not have to struggle like that :)) you Matt Uelmen semi-online-friend :)))
    O yah…Diablo 1 music…I will miss that…forever.

The podcast was nice though 🙂

      /salute
      😀

  5. I voted for less than 2 mins, but at this stage it really doesn’t bother me. As a powerful finishing attack, 2 mins is fine and would work well in PvP. It seemed a little long as I never liked waiting 2+mins in WoW but yeah, haven’t played D3 yet so we’ll have to see how well it works in the beta (if we get to use those abilities)

  6. I am going to have to name a Barb “Sticky sausage fingers”

  7. Hey Flux, the name Kaloyan Kostadinov is not romanian. That is a bulgarian name and this guys is from my country Bulgaria.Ok,i wanted just to inform you.bye:))

  8. i couldn’t agree any more with Kaoru don’t just take the d3 name and just call it a enw game with all new idea’s all the idea are in d2 you need to upgrade reassemble and re organize! Kaoru said everything perfectly US DIABLO TRUE PLAYERS AND ADMIRER’S OF THE GAME DO NOT WANT TO SEE THIS TAKE THE PATH OF WORLD OF WARCRAFT KEEEP IT STRICLY ITS OWN AND I WILL SAY AGAIN ITS OWN GAME NOT PARTS A PIECES FROM ANOTHER GAME THAT JUST BECAUSE IT SOLD GOOD DOESN’T MEAN IT IS A RIGHT CHOICE SO BLIZZARD I EXSPECT GOOD FROM YOU ON DIABLO3 AND NOT DIABLOCRAFT3

  9. Okay so people who watch reality shows do not have lives but people who make a weekly podcast about a game following its every move do? Roflz no?
